		<description>I like the idea of giving through time and skill rather than money. It&#039;s hard to find the right organization where I feel my time and abilities are best utilized, so I like helping people one-on-one who I think can benefit. For instance, a few days ago when my friend came over to learn about macrobiotic cooking. Not only did my friend benefit from learning something that could potentially improve her health, but I benefited from sharing something I love. Plus, we shared some yummy food!</description>
