		<description>Ok Marc, honestly. I&#039;ve heard of (Like most of you guys) a lot about the importance of goals. But this is different, and I think this blog post really changed my perspective!

I play tennis so I really enjoyed that you mentioned the typical tennis-player, trying to adjust his or her serve. I&#039;ve seen it on the tennis court many times. Failures comes hand in hand with well, self esteem and the &quot;Wall&quot;. 

I think many can learn from the &quot;Feedback&quot; you mentioned. I&#039;ve been able to develop on-court because my dad helped me with feedback. &quot;It is very common to throw yourself into something and not be able to see your own progress&quot; goes well for Tennis, and life in general. --&gt; Thanks for sharing! :)</description>

As a marathon runner, I am well aware of the wall.  It comes up when you have put your all into something for a long time and you reach your limits.  It is when you have to dig deepest, rely on all of your training and push even harder to get through.  As you rightly say, there are no quick fixes for this.  

As an entrepreneur, I also see that progress comes in spurts with plateaus.  No-one can push at 100% all the time without burning out.  Learning to appreciate the plateau, refresh, assess and then kick on is key to continued growth.  Great article and very much enjoyed.
