A great topic to get your teeth into.  Pressure does funny things to people and it is a great skill to handle it well.  I like your archetypes of calm people - very interesting to think of these.  Two things that have really helped me; 1) learning to meditate - it keeps me calm, focused and in the moment and improves immediate decision making 2) positive self-talk - affirming myself as capable and visualizing success.  It makes it easier to make the right choices in the moment.  Looking forward to more.
